No. With Login with RDCPASS, a citizen signs in to any connected service with the national identity they already hold and confirms with a face check on their phone.
Can we check an existing beneficiary register?+
Yes. Submit the register in batches of up to 10,000 records. Each entry is confirmed against the national identity, and duplicates are identified before payments go out.
Does every agency see all of a citizen’s data?+
No. Each application receives only the data scopes it is approved for. Production access also requires due diligence on the organisation and on the application.
How are public bodies billed?+
Agencies can pay from a prepaid wallet or take the Enterprise plan, with one monthly invoice in USD or CDF. Development and testing in the sandbox cost nothing.
